How to Use the Contact Form on Your Page

Step 1: Create a Contact Form (if not already created)

  • Go to Admin > Manage Contact Forms.
  • Click Add New and fill out the required information.
  • After creating the form, add the necessary fields and click Save.
  • Once saved, you can now add this contact form to your page.

Step 2: Add the Contact Form to Your Page

  • Navigate to Admin > Manage Pages and open the page you want to edit.
  • Click Widget / Panel → Add New.
  • Select Contact Form and add it to the page.

Step 3: Fill in the Required and Optional Fields

  • Status
  • Display Order
  • Custom Title (for admin reference)
  • Contact Form: Select the form you created earlier.

Step 4: Save and Publish

  • Click Save to apply your changes.
  • Publish the page to make the contact form visible.

Step 5: Refresh and Review

  • Clear the cache to ensure the latest updates appear.
  • Open your desired page in a new tab to review the updated contact form.
