How to Use the Contact Form on Your Page
Step 1: Create a Contact Form (if not already created)
- Go to Admin > Manage Contact Forms.
- Click Add New and fill out the required information.
- After creating the form, add the necessary fields and click Save.
- Once saved, you can now add this contact form to your page.
Step 2: Add the Contact Form to Your Page
- Navigate to Admin > Manage Pages and open the page you want to edit.
- Click Widget / Panel → Add New.
- Select Contact Form and add it to the page.
Step 3: Fill in the Required and Optional Fields
- Status
- Display Order
- Custom Title (for admin reference)
- Contact Form: Select the form you created earlier.
Step 4: Save and Publish
- Click Save to apply your changes.
- Publish the page to make the contact form visible.
Step 5: Refresh and Review
- Clear the cache to ensure the latest updates appear.
- Open your desired page in a new tab to review the updated contact form.
